Subcontractor Requirements:

Must have your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies Reliable vehicle Valid driver's license and auto insurance General liability insurance (required) Strong communication and reliability Business license in hand Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, and waxing to preserve flooring integrity and appearance Carry out janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to keep facilities organized and hygienic Utilize custodial equipment effectively, including vacuums, buffers, extractors, and cleaning chemicals, following safety protocols at all times Support facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including light repairs or reporting issues requiring specialized attention Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is highly preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures such as buffing and stripping floors Experience with facilities maintenance or porter roles is advantageous Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety standards is essential Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning can be beneficial but is not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, safe environments!
