Intermediate Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EVS Worker II to join our EVS Floor Care Services team. The EVS Worker II will be responsible for the cleaning, stripping, waxing and maintenance of various floor surfaces in accordance with established safety and sanitation protocols. Knowledge of proper floor care procedures and the safe and effective use of floor maintenance equipment is preferred.Required Qualifications:
To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements. Please note that unless specifically indicated, the required education and experiences are credited based on a 40-hour workweek.Education:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.Knowledge Of:
Practices, tools, and equipment used in the deep cleaning of floors in a healthcare, commercial or institutional setting is highly desirable.Ability To:
Lift and carry heavy furniture and equipment; read, understand and follow oral and written instructions; and operate heavy industrial type cleaning equipment. Maintain courteous manner and respect patient's privacy at all times.
