Job Description:

Dust all television monitors and television equipment Wipe and clean all glass doors and windows Vacuum and clean all amenity rooms which includes cleaning all counters, furniture, microwave, sinks and walls (where needed); arranging tables and chairs; emptying trash Collect/empty trash bins around the building Clean and disinfect dog park Dust, wipe and arrange furniture in lobby areas, water potted plants Sweep, dust, and vacuum lobby areas, dust mop and mop where needed Vacuum all carpet and entry mats throughout the building Sweep building roofs, around the outside of the building and adjoining areas assigned Clean the barbeque grill, empty trash bin, and sweep around the deck, clean tables and furniture Wipe and polish trash chute doors and clean trash rooms, trash chute room and recycle room Pressure wash parking garage, sidewalks and other areas as directed Disinfect all bathrooms Polish metal doors, metal door handles and doorknobs

Position Requirements:

Requires frequent walking, bending, and climbing, lifting, handling, and moving boxes, furniture, equipment, and other materials weighing 50 to 100 lbs. Requires climbing stairs and working from a ladder up to 10 feet above the ground. Require learning all aspects of position and able to fill in for other employees in their absence. Must follow specific instructions and safety procedures, working to specific and non-specific routines. Requires reading, writing, math, problem solving, and good oral communication skills.
