This position involves exterior window cleaning on commercial and high-rise buildings using rope access systems, bosun chairs, lifts, ladders, and other professional window cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, takes safety seriously, works well with a crew, and is willing to maintain a high standard of professionalism on every job site. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, good communication, and the ability to follow safety procedures at all times. Experience with high-rise window cleaning, rope access, SPRAT, IRATA, exterior building maintenance, or commercial window cleaning is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and the right attitude. Responsibilities Perform exterior and interior window cleaning on commercial, residential, and high-rise buildings Use rope access systems, bosun chairs, ladders, lifts, water-fed poles, squeegees, and other window cleaning tools safely and properly Follow all company safety procedures, job hazard assessments, fall protection requirements, and site-specific rules Inspect equipment before use, including ropes, harnesses, descenders, carabiners, anchors, lanyards, and other safety gear Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas Work as part of a crew and communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, property managers, and customers Assist with setup, rigging, drop planning, rope protection, barricades, and ground safety when needed Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail Report damaged glass, unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, or job site issues to a supervisor immediately Represent the company professionally on job sites, in buildings, and around customers Requirements Valid Drivers License and/or reliable transportation Must be able to work well with a team and maintain a professional attitude Confortable working at heights and outdoors in different weather conditions Able to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Must have a strong safety mindset and be willing to follow company procedures Experience and Qualifications (Preferred not Required) High-rise window cleaning experience preferred Rope access experience preferred SPRAT or IRATA certification is preferred but not required for the right candidate Experience in commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior building maintenance, construction, or trades is a plus We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, respects the importance of safety, and wants to grow in the high-rise window cleaning and rope access industry.
