Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential and Commercial Cleaner, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will transform spaces and create welcoming environments. This role offers the opportunity for flexibility in hours and consistent pay. Your dedication to sanitation, floor care, and customer service will ensure our clients enjoy pristine, safe, and comfortable spaces every day. We believe in empowering our team members with a positive work environment and recognition for your hard work. We are looking for a reliable person to clean a commercial space on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Approximately 2-3 hrs of work per shift and a flat rate of $90/ shift. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain high standards of cleanliness by executing detailed floor care and sanitation procedures Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Execute janitorial duties including trash removal and restroom sanitation Follow established cleaning protocols for different environments to ensure safety and compliance with health standards Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles; hotel or custodial experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and sanitation practices Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and safety procedures Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
