Immediate opening for janitorial and building maintenance person in the Kailua area. Position is Friday through Tuesday, 6:30AM through 3PM. Starting pay is $20 - $22 hourly, based on experience. Must possess a current State of Hawaii drivers license and provide a copy of a clean drivers abstract. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must list 3 references, all references will be contacted. Applicants must have a positive attitude, show up to work on time, and be professional.
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn, attention to detail, self-motivated, reliable, punctual, own transportation, team player, positive attitude, knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Swimming pool knowledge is a plus. Job Duties are, but not limited to: Janitorial work, cleaning, mopping, emptying trash, light carpentry, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, pressure washing, repair sprinkler heads, trash dump runs, raking leaves, cleaning pool area, cleaning recreation room, etc.
