Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas effectively. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage custodial responsibilities such as waste disposal, organizing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained properly. Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Experience in hotel housekeeping or housekeeper management provides valuable skills applicable to this role. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care methods. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Background in laundry services or hospitality industry roles enhances ability to deliver comprehensive household support. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work demonstrates reliability and attention to detail.
