Key Responsibilities:

Effective communication skills and understanding of English Maintain cleanliness of common areas within the facility: Restrooms, shower, sauna, fitness-weight room, office, lobby, laundry, elevator, trash room, stairwell, walkway, areas. Perform sweeping, dusting, mopping, wiping down areas, emptying of trash to designated area and replacement with trash bag liner, cleaning of elevators, and cleaning of spills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Restock supplies as needed:

paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies. Empty trash and ensure cleanliness in all designated areas. Wipe and sanitize handrails, doors, walls, and fire extinguisher cabinets. Use of a buffer-scrubbing machine in high-traffic areas. Use of a leaf blower for outdoor areas.

General Cleaning & Grounds:

Clean and sanitize chairs, tables, benches, gates, and pillars. Sweep debris from outdoor areas and maintain picnic spaces. Clean tables, benches, and surrounding areas. Clean desks, cabinets, service windows, and entry doors. Clean, scrub, and disinfect toilets, urinals, basins, and showers. Wipe and sanitize stalls, partitions, mirrors, and shower curtains. Perform any other duties as assigned by HBM management.

Skills/Qualifications:

Successful completion of HBM prescreen check. Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail. Applicants must perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, frequently press, lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, stair and ladder climbing and stand throughout their shifts.
