Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Vacation Rental Cleaner and play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences! Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure fresh supplies for each guest Restock supplies like toiletries, kitchen essentials, and cleaning products to maintain a fully equipped rental Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or damages and report issues promptly to management Maintain high standards of sanitation by adhering to health guidelines and safety protocols during all cleaning activities Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns professionally and promptly Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods Experience with laundry operations and handling linens efficiently Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and floor buffers Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable spaces that guests love!
