We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to ensure our office facilities and post-construction sites meet our high standards of excellence. The Role As a Janitorial Cleaner, you are the backbone of our professional image. You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our main office and ensuring that completed contracting projects are "move-in ready" for our clients.

Duties Facility Maintenance:

Perform standard cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting restrooms and breakrooms.

Post-Construction Cleanup:

Remove dust, debris, and stickers from windows, surfaces, and floors at completed job sites to ensure a polished finish.

Waste Management:

Empty trash bins and ensure recyclables are disposed of according to local Oahu guidelines.

Inventory Tracking:

Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify management when restocks are needed.

Safety Adherence:

Follow all safety protocols, especially when handling cleaning chemicals or working around active construction zones. What You Bring to the

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Island Knowledge:

Must have reliable transportation to travel between the main office and various job sites across the island.

Communication:

A friendly attitude and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or post-construction cleanup is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
