Part-Time Commercial Cleaner - Common Area Cleaning Final Phase Altoona, IA Job Details Part-time From $15 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Removing debris Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Carpet vacuuming Restroom cleaning Time & attendance systems Full Job Description Part-Time Commercial Cleaner - Common Area Cleaning Final Phase is a growing cleaning company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented part-time cleaner to join our team. This position starts at approximately 10-12 hours per week, with additional daytime opportunities expected as we continue to grow. More common-area cleaning hours are anticipated beginning in August.
Schedule:
Starts at approximately 10-12 hours per week Daytime cleaning required Office cleaning must be completed very early in the morning Additional daytime hours expected as new accounts begin
Pay Growth:
Pay is reviewed within the first 90 days based on attendance, quality of work, communication, checklist completion, and overall reliability.
Responsibilities:
Vacuuming carpeted stairs and hallways Using a backpack vacuum Mopping floors Wiping down washers & dryers Removing trash & replacing liners Cleaning restrooms Cleaning office space Following assigned cleaning checklists Taking photos of completed work when required
Requirements:
Reliable transportation Strong communication Dependable attendance Ability to work independently after training Comfortable using a backpack vacuum Physically able to vacuum stairs and common areas Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions Able to use a timekeeping app to clock in and out Able to complete cleaning checklists through the timekeeping app Able to take and upload photos of completed work when required Cleaning experience is helpful but not required

From $15.00 per hour
