PAY RATE

$12.00 The Custodian is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the branch and outdoor areas. Provide general custodial care, including but not limited to: Restrooms/Locker Rooms/Offices/Program areas Floors Windows Surfaces Disposal of garbage Keep surrounding outdoors area clean, i.e. parking lot/entrance. Assist in snow removal and salting sidewalks and parking lots as needed. Complete cleaning checklist and all tasks as assigned each shift. Regular and timely attendance to respective schedule. Previous experience with cleaning preferred. The ability to work independently and hold self accountable as well as partner with co-workers to provide quality services required. Must have the ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
