Janus Building Services is seeking dependable applicants for window washers for local retail and commercial businesses. Applicants Must Pass a Background Check , have reliable transportation, and

MUST HAVE

a Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record . Duties and responsibilities include Window Cleaning for commercial and retail businesses. Applicants must be able to work from ladders as well as standing , climbing, and bending multiple times daily and can handle Heights as High as 80ft in the Air . Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds . Applicants need to be able to communicate with customers professionally and must be able to work outdoors in Midwest climates. Early morning start time at 5:00 AM. Positions are available in the Quad Cities area. Applicants must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Attendance is extremely important . The employer will do a background check. EOE Window Washer Starting hourly wage of $ 16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.
