Job Description

Job Summary:
The heart of the restaurant is in the details, which is the primary role of a General Cleaner. By focusing on the consistency and quality of their work, the General Cleaner maintains the restaurant's surfaces, crevices, and all the in-betweens, allowing Barrel House to operate efficiently and uphold high quality standards.

Core Responsibilities:
Ability to follow checklists, standard operating procedures, and compliance regulations. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and guest dining areas. Sanitizing surface areas Restocking paper goods Sweeping, deck brushing, and mopping floors Light dusting and upkeep of surfaces and shelves Deep cleaning or detail cleaning is required Report any concerns, repairs, and possible compliance issues to Manager On Duty (MOD). Must have all tasks completed daily by 10:00 AM Additional hours (upon availability and approval) could include: General organization Dishwashing Food preparation Various kitchen tasks
Qualifications:
Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time. Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to reliably commute to on-site location. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be over the age of 18 years old.
