As an Environmental Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our facility, ensuring a positive experience for patients, staff, and visitors. In this role, you will perform a variety of housekeeping and environmental services tasks to maintain hospital facilities in a clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition. Responsibilities include routine cleaning of patient rooms, public areas, restrooms, and department spaces through activities such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. You will follow both written and verbal instructions, communicate effectively with team members, and collaborate with departments across the organization, including nursing, laboratory, radiology, surgery, and clinic staff. Flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail are key to success in this position. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (or be currently enrolled in high school).
