Substitute custodians assist our regular custodian employees to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our students to learn, grow, and play. This will be an on-call, as needed basis.
REASONS TO BECOME A SUBSTITUTE CUSTODIAN AT FDCSD
Flexible hours - choose the days you can substitute. Pay Rate of $18.00 per hour. Competitive supplemental income. Ideal for retired teachers, stay at home parents, and the self-employed. Weekends, holidays, and summers off.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Custodial experience, preferred. Completed online application. Pass background check. Pre-employment physical. Work cooperatively with combined cleaning teams or alone as assigned. Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. Must have transportation to work sites. Have a valid driver's license.
