Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our commercial and residential spaces are spotless, safe, and welcoming. Your energetic approach to cleaning and maintenance will help create a positive environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your management skills while contributing to our company promise of service excellence with a team-oriented mentality providing to our customers a well-maintained facility. Duties Perform audits to ensure the cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas are being cleaned appropriate with the cleaning tools and supplies Direct team to maintain cleanliness of areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Provide training to follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment Support porter duties if needed by cleaning alongside the cleaning crew Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred 1 yr or more in management preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Hiring for Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area, must-have driver's license Call or text for an interview: George (319)654-6222
