Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lead Window Cleaning Technician and take charge of delivering exceptional commercial window cleaning services. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of window cleaning technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations Perform detailed cleaning of windows on commercial buildings using professional tools and techniques Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to reach high or difficult areas Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet client expectations and deadlines Conduct quality inspections to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained Train team members on proper cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols Maintain all safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations during all operations Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window cleaning Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively Hands-on experience operating scissor lifts or similar elevated work platforms is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures specific to window cleaning Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment when necessary Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Valid certifications for operating scissor lifts or other relevant machinery are a plus Join us as a Lead Window Cleaning Technician and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering sparkling results!
