Job Summary Energize your career as a Pressure Washer Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and restoring surfaces through powerful cleaning techniques. This dynamic role involves operating high-pressure cleaning equipment to deliver exceptional results for a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, surfaces are protected, and clients are delighted with the transformation. Join us to make a visible impact with your technical skills and proactive approach! Duties Operate and maintain high-pressure washer safely and efficiently. Prepare work sites by setting up hoses, nozzles, and safety barriers to ensure smooth operations. Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and pressure levels for optimal results. Perform detailed cleaning tasks on building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, decks, and other surfaces. Inspect equipment regularly for wear and tear; perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns. Follow safety protocols diligently to protect yourself, colleagues, and clients during all operations. Document completed work, including areas cleaned, techniques used, and any issues encountered for quality assurance. Qualifications Proven experience operating pressure washing or similar cleaning equipment is preferred. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to high-pressure equipment use. Ability to read and interpret surface assessment instructions to select appropriate cleaning methods. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, kneel, lift heavy hoses or equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and explaining work processes to clients. Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting minor equipment issues are a plus. Valid driver's license with CDL Class B with tanker endorsement required. Good driving record that will be insurable. Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol drug screening.
