Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable CIP Operator to join our team! As a CIP Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our food production areas/equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and attention to detail. Must be able to work Saturdays. Shifts range between 4pm-12:30pm or 6pm-2:30am when necessary depending on production schedules.
Duties:
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and machinery CIP and COP methods
  • Remove waste and debris from work areas
  • Follow proper cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Experience:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing and CIP cleaning is ideal but not necessary
  • Familiarity with food processing or production environments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
We do micro test swabs on our equipment to ensure cleaning procedures are followed exactly and titration tests on chemical mixtures
Skills:
  • Heavy lifting capabilities. Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices in food processing industry
  • Ability to clean and sanitize effectively
