This unique hybrid role bridges the front of house and back of house. You will start your shift ensuring our guest areas are organized, stocked, and pristine, before transitioning into the kitchen to provide critical prep and dishwashing support for evening service. Shifts will typically run from 12-8. Whether you're passionate about food handling or eager to develop your culinary skills, this role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to grow within the food industry.
Duties FOH:
(Beginning of shift): organize, clean, and detail guest areas, assist with event set ups. Ensure flawless presentation before service, monitor and restock stations.
BOH:
(Late afternoon/evening): Transition to kitchen to support both of our kitchens (Dining & Events). Duties include food prep, sanitation, and dish washing. Qualifications Basic knowledge of food preparation, food safety protocols Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation are advantageous Experience in the food industry or culinary environment demonstrates a solid foundation for success in this role Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen and front of house operations in the spirit of hospitality in service to our guests and team. Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
