Window Cleaning Technician -

The Role:

Execution:

Provide professional window cleaning, screen cleaning, and track detailing for residential and commercial clients.

Professionalism:

Maintain a clean appearance and communicate effectively with clients on-site.

Safety:

Operate ladders and equipment with strict adherence to safety protocols.

Efficiency:

Move with purpose. Complete jobs to the highest standard within the allotted time.

Requirements:

Reliability:

You have a dependable vehicle and a track record of showing up when you say you will.

Physical Capability:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders up to 32 feet.

Mindset:

A coachable attitude and a refusal to make excuses.

Experience:

Previous window cleaning or manual labor experience is a plus, but we will train the right individual who possesses the discipline to learn.
