Part Time Evenings:

Monday through Friday Witco is seeking a Custodial Job Mentor to provide coaching, training, and job support to workers with disabilities via person-centered employment programs. Essential duties include: Teach and develop work skills, and step in and provide hands-on custodial functions ensuring the facility is left clean and maintained as outlined by the contracts. Supervise custodial workers and ensure they perform the job, efficiently, effectively, with appropriate attitudes, and job-retaining behavior.
