Job Description

Festival Grounds & Waste Management Staff Pay:
$16.00 per hour We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking team members to assist with festival operations and site maintenance. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain event experience, work in a fast-paced environment, and potentially secure future employment opportunities with our team. Event Dates & Example Shift Times June 17-18 Example shifts may include: 10:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM 12:30 PM
  • 4:30 PM 4:30 PM
  • 10:30 PM June 19-20 Example shifts may include: 10:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM 12:30 PM
  • 4:30 PM 4:30 PM
  • 11:30 PM Please note: These are example shift times only.
Actual schedules may vary, and shifts may be combined based on event needs. Job Responsibilities Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout festival grounds Empty and replace trash bags in waste and recycling receptacles Assist with trash collection and disposal throughout the event Help maintain safe, clean, and presentable public areas Support general event operations and site maintenance as needed Requirements Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and carrying trash bags Positive attitude and strong work ethic This position offers valuable event experience and may lead to additional employment opportunities for future festivals and events. We are looking for team members who take pride in keeping event spaces clean, organized, and enjoyable for all attendees. This is a great opportunity for a high school student looking for a part time job as well!
