Janitor / Custodian Full-Time • Starting at $16.00/hr • Boise, ID About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. The position focuses on cleaning office buildings and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all occupants. Job Description Clean and maintain office buildings to a high standard Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Empty trash and dispose of waste correctly Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.) as needed Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Follow all safety, sanitation, and building protocols Requirements Minimum 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience required Reliable transportation to and from job sites Comfortable using a cell phone app for scheduling, communication, and clocking in/out Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits Starting wage: $16.00/hr Performance review every 6 months with a $0.50/hr raise (up to $18.00/hr max for janitorial, but wtih team lead and supervision opportunities) Performance-based bonuses 6 days Paid Time Off (PTO) per 12-month period How to Apply A resume is required to be considered for this position.
