Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Janitorial Team Lead to clean and oversee cleaning operations across our janitorial field. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to maintain quality standards across a team of field cleaners. You will work closely with management to ensure client expectations are consistently met. Responsibilities Perform cleaning, supervise, and support a team of janitors across assigned commercial properties Conduct site walkthroughs and quality checks to ensure work meets ECI standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, protocols, and conduct expectations Communicate issues, absences, and performance concerns to district supervisors Complete required reports, checklists, and documentation accurately and on time Serve as the first point of contact for field staff during assigned shifts Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed per the client's scope of work Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or professional janitorial work Prior experience in a lead, supervisory, or senior cleaner role preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation to assigned properties Ability to pass a background check Self-motivated with the ability to manage a team independently Compensation & Benefits Starting wage: $19.00/Hr Monthly performance bonuses — details provided during the interview Performance reviews with wage increase opportunities every 3 months Opportunity to grow within ECI's operations
