Lead Cleaner Meridian, ID From $22 an hour - Part-time, Contract From $22 an hour - Part-time, Contract Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team and elevate our cleaning operations to the next level. In this vital role, you will oversee daily cleaning activities, supervise cleaning staff, and ensure that all cleanings meet the highest standards of cleanliness, staging and quality. Your leadership will help create a strong environment for our cleaners, and provide our guests with a 5 Star experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff during daily operations and being a resource to cleaners while maintaining your own cleanings Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies Conduct regular inspections of cleanings and build reports for management Oversee specialized cleaning tasks such as property management turnovers ensuring they are done to Spots' standards Foster a positive team environment through motivation, mentorship, and clear communication Experience Proven supervising or leadership experience in cleaning or custodial services Extensive residential or commercial cleaning background with knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment Experience managing housekeeping operations within hotel or hospitality settings preferred Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities in large-scale environments Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us as a Lead Cleaner and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering spotless environments that impress every guest and customer.
