As part of the company's Nampa distribution center team, the janitorial staff play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You'll help ensure the facility remains in top shape and ready to support daily operations. Apply today!
Your Role and Responsibilities:
1. Clean building interiors, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls, on a daily basis. 2. Sanitize restrooms hourly, keeping high-traffic areas disinfected. 3. Disinfect commonly used surfaces like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones hourly. 4. Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory, placing orders for replenishments as needed. 5. Empty trash and recycling bins promptly. 6. Address spills and accidents efficiently and safely. 7. Complete assigned tasks independently and on time. 8. Report any significant maintenance or repairs to supervisors. 9. Work is conducted in a refrigerated warehouse. 10. This job description outlines essential responsibilities but may not cover all tasks as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred, though not required.
Required Experience:
1. 2+ years in commercial or industrial cleaning. 2. Familiarity with safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. 3. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 4. Knowledge of various cleaning products and their appropriate uses. 5. Ability to clean and disinfect a wide range of surfaces. 6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. 7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 8. Must be able to work in cold refrigerated warehouse 8 hours per day.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay:
$18.00-$18.00/hr. #INDBOI
