The Facility Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the club. This role plays a critical part in the member experience by ensuring the facility and equipment consistently meet CFX cleanliness standards. What We Offer Free gym membership and employee discounts Team-oriented environment with strong support Opportunities for growth and advancement Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including equipment and workout spaces Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and high-touch surfaces Sweep, mop, and maintain floors based on surface type Wipe down equipment and ensure it is clean and ready for use Restock supplies, including paper products and cleaning materials Keep the front desk and common areas clean and organized Arrange equipment, weights, and mats appropriately Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with guidelines Greet members and assist with basic questions when needed Expectations Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready facility at all times Take ownership of assigned areas and complete tasks thoroughly Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical usage Be proactive in identifying and addressing cleanliness needs Maintain a professional appearance and follow CFX dress standards Be reliable, consistent, and accountable during every shift
