Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Day Porter to join our team at a downtown museum. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of cleaning, event setup, and general facility support in a dynamic environment.
Schedule:
Thursday through Monday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Days off:
Tuesday & Wednesday Responsibilities:
Set up and break down for events, including moving chairs, tables, and other equipment Perform general cleaning duties throughout the facility Assist with snow removal during winter months Operate power washing equipment Maintain cleanliness and safety of indoor and outdoor areas Respond to radio communications in a timely manner
Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs Willingness to perform physical tasks and work both indoors and outdoors Basic cleaning experience preferred Ability to communicate over the radio in English Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team Please attach your resume when applying.
