Janitor/Cleaner

Job Overview We are looking for a full time employee to fulfill the role of janitor in the Lincoln Park neighborhood

START ASAP.

The role involves going to various properties in the neighborhood and ensuring the properties are clean. If you are looking for full-time work or summer work and the opportunity to learn about real estate, this may be a good fit. Duties Detailing apartments Cleaning hallways and staircases Cleaning common areas Watering plants Mowing Spraying weeds Emptying trash receptacles Shoveling snow Requirements Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred but not required. Good listener. Must have car Must have a phone Must be okay working outside in the Chicago weather.

PUNCTUALITY

is a must. Show up on time and consistently. We are looking for a reliable and hard working individual to join our team. We will provide all cleaning equipment necessary and reimburse $50 for gas bi-weekly.

Pay:

$22.50 per hour
