Check us out online!! southlandbuildingmaintenance.com Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Conduct detailed custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and surface sanitization to uphold hygiene standards. Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and ensuring all areas are safe and well-kept. Follow established safety protocols during cleaning operations to prevent accidents or injuries. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow. Requirements

• Needs own transportation (Automobile with license and registration)
• Needs own materials (Cleaning supplies etc...)
• Needs phone for GPS and app downloads Has to have proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners safely and effectively is not necessary , but a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
