Duties Operate high-pressure washers and related equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, decks, parking lots, and other surfaces Prepare work sites by removing debris, covering delicate areas, and setting up safety barriers as needed Inspect surfaces prior to cleaning to identify specific cleaning requirements or potential hazards Apply cleaning solutions or chemicals when necessary, following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity Document completed work and report any issues or damages observed during cleaning processes Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear to prevent injuries during operation Skills Proven experience with power washing equipment or similar outdoor cleaning tools is preferred Strong understanding of safety procedures related to high-pressure cleaning operations Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards diligently Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning without damaging surfaces Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients when necessary Basic knowledge of chemical handling and environmental safety practices is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy outdoor work, take pride in their craftsmanship, and are eager to contribute to the cleanliness and appearance of diverse properties.
