About the Role We are hiring Residential Cleaners to join our team and support our growing client base across multiple beautiful communities in the Chicago suburbs. What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Perform residential cleaning services in client homes following company standards Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum all assigned areas Clean kitchens including appliances, countertops, sinks, and floors Clean bathrooms thoroughly including toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors Change bed linens and organize spaces when requested Empty trash and replace liners Use cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals safely and correctly Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at every home Communicate clearly and warmly with clients Report any damaged items, safety concerns, or supply needs to leadership Ensure every home meets our quality standards before leaving Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment Service Areas You'll be working across multiple communities in the Chicago suburbs, including: Arlington Heights, Batavia, Aurora, St. Charles, Algonquin, Elgin, Burlington, Lake Villa, Lake Barrington, Barrington, Inverness, Belvidere, Bartlett, Hoffman Estates, and Carpentersville.

Schedule Days:

Monday through Friday (weekends occasionally, if needed)

Hours:

Standard daytime shifts (typical hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM depending on route)

Employment Type:

Full-time position Compensation We offer a clear pay progression that rewards commitment: First week: $16.50/hour First 3 months: $17.00/hour After signing 1-year contract: $18.00/hour + one week of paid vacation ($400 value) Why this structure matters: We invest in employees who commit to us — which means better pay, paid time off, and long-term stability for you.
