Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential windows using professional tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results Safely operate equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows Prepare work areas by setting up necessary safety barriers and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order Communicate clearly with homeowners to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service Maintain cleanliness of work site during and after each job, adhering to safety standards and environmental guidelines Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during high-elevation work or when handling cleaning chemicals Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or commercial cleaning preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to work at heights using ladders or scissor lifts safely and confidently Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers Physical stamina to stand, climb, lift, and perform outdoor work for extended periods Valid driver's license preferred for travel between job sites Willingness to learn safety procedures related to elevated work environments and equipment use Embark on a career that combines physical activity with visible results!
