Full-time Summary:

Conduct general cleaning in a customer building or buildings. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal and other similar tasks. As directed, modify work schedule or tasks to cover absences or comply with customer or supervisory requests.

Seasonal Full-Time Employment (Overtime Available) Job Summary GSF USA is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team for a seasonal summer deep cleaning project in Glendale Heights. This position involves detailed cleaning, floor care, floor refinishing, and general deep cleaning. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform deep cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas Dust high and low surfaces, furniture, fixtures, vents, and ledges Clean and disinfect desks, tables, chairs, lockers, and other touchpoints Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the facility Move furniture as needed to facilitate cleaning and floor work Operate floor care equipment, including automatic scrubbers, buffers, and wet vacuums Strip, scrub, and refinish VCT floors Apply floor finish (wax) and assist with floor maintenance projects Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines Work effectively in a team environment to complete projects on schedule Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, or floor care experience is helpful but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation to Glendale Heights Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment What We Offer $19.00 per hour Full-time seasonal employment Opportunity for overtime based on project demands On-the-job training provided Opportunity to learn commercial deep cleaning and floor care techniques Collaborative and team-oriented work environment GSF USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
