In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your proactive approach will help create a positive atmosphere for employees, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while contributing to the overall maintenance of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards. Use commercial cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while maintaining inventory levels and reporting shortages. Support porter activities by moving furniture or equipment as needed to facilitate cleaning or maintenance projects. Requirements Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if necessary. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and basic repair skills is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
