Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each guest Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and high-touch areas in accordance with health guidelines Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to ensure properties are fully equipped for incoming guests Conduct visual inspections to verify cleanliness and address any maintenance or repair needs before guest check-in Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety protocols to guarantee consistent quality across all properties Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with property managers or hosts Experience managing multiple properties efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Knowledge of laundry processes and handling delicate fabrics or linens is a plus Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience can be advantageous but is not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines Join us in creating memorable stays for travelers by delivering top-tier cleanliness with energy and professionalism!
