Our facilities team plays an important role in supporting employees, customers, and daily operations across the business. Position Summary The Facility Cleaning Crew Chief is responsible for overseeing and performing janitorial and cleaning operations across the facility in accordance with company standards. This role includes leading a team, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment for employees and visitors. A Day in the Life Your day may begin by reviewing cleaning schedules, assigning tasks, and checking in with your team. You will help ensure high-traffic and high-visibility areas are maintained to a high standard, while also stepping in to support hands-on cleaning responsibilities as needed. Throughout the day, you will monitor progress, manage supply levels, and address any issues that arise. You will also support training efforts and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. Essential Job Functions Schedule, coordinate, and monitor facility cleaning activities to ensure timely completion Lead, support, and provide direction to cleaning team members Ensure team productivity and adherence to schedules and expectations Oversee cleaning of high-traffic and high-visibility areas Perform hands-on janitorial duties as needed Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with regulations Assist with onboarding and training of new team members Manage inventory of janitorial supplies, including ordering and restocking Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment across all facility areas Perform other duties as assigned
QualificationsRequirements EducationExperience:
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, facilities, or similar environment preferred Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
Licenses:
Must meet eligibility requirements under Elliott Aviation's auto policy Must be at least 18 years of age
SkillsCompetencies:

Compensation The base hourly range for this role is $20.00 USD - $30.00 USD. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of experience levels. Specific compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to; minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience and location.
