Evening Cleaning Janitorial Supervisor

We are looking for an individual to join our awesome team as a Evening Cleaning Supervisor in the Quad Cities. Must be reliable, accountable, personable, and pay attention to detail. If you have some experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning, consider yourself a leader, and can work efficiently on your own, we would love to hear from you. Must pass a background check.

Shift and Cleaning Days:

Monday - Friday 6:00pm - 11:00 pm, Saturdays on call

Hourly Rate:

$17.50/

Hr Duties Include:

Supervision of cleaning tasks throughout multiple buildings Nightly inspections of cleaning work performed Cleaning tasks including but not limited to: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, dusting, cleaning of restrooms, cleaning glass, wiping and disinfecting surfaces, restocking paper products and soap dispensers, floor care.

Requirements:

No experience necessary. On the job training provided, and support available as needed. Must have reliable transportation to get independently from building to building. Must be team oriented, and also able to complete tasks alone. Must have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail. Must have excellent attendance and be accountable. Must have good personal skills in order to commuicate with customers and lead a team of workers in a positive manner. Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and move items around 50 pounds.
