Responsibilities Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain floors through proper care techniques like sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure they remain pristine. Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning tools in optimal condition. Follow safety protocols consistently to ensure a clean environment that is safe for both clients and team members. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work with an eye for detail and quality. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, carpet cleaning, and general housekeeping management. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining fabric integrity. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and hotel housekeeping standards is a plus. Basic cooking skills are beneficial for understanding household routines but are not mandatory.
