Full Job Description Job Description:
As a Drain Cleaner, you will specialize in identifying and clearing blockages in residential and commercial drains. Using a range of specialized tools—such as augers, hydro jets, and cameras—you'll ensure that drains are clear, functioning, and protected from future issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and clear clogged drains using specialized equipment (snakes, cameras, hydro jets). Communicate with customers to explain issues and recommended solutions. Accurately document all services performed. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Drain Cleaner in a plumbing environment. Valid driver's license Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Dependable, with excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
