We're hiring for a commercial cleaning supervisor in South Holland area. We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company expanding throughout indiana and are looking for a motivated professional to join our team. This position is responsible for leading teams, maintaining high cleaning standards, and supporting operations by assisting with cleaning when needed.

What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee cleaning staff across multiple locations Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Train and support team members Step in to perform cleaning tasks when necessary Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction Schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm Availability on weekends Pay Starting at $20 per hour

Requirements:

Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus. Previous leadership experience Valid Drivers License Experience in commercial cleaning supervision.
