Maintain cleanliness of overall facility Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc. Clear debris from grounds Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, snow blowers, and snow shovels Service, clean, and supply restrooms Gather and empty trash Attend to emergency janitorial needs when necessary Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces Identify and report possible needed repairs Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area

Requirements:

Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times. Must have minimal computer knowledge (accessing email) Must be able to stand, bend or work in various positions. Must be able to work inside or outside in varied environmental conditions and in inclement weather. Experience working in a low-supervision environment required Must be able to communicate (read, write and speak) the English language clearly
