Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure spaces are spotless and inviting Conduct janitorial and custodial duties across commercial, industrial, and residential sites with attention to detail Assist with floor care activities including buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness Support facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs, painting touch-ups, and general upkeep to ensure property safety and appearance Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to established protocols Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Provide excellent customer service by responding professionally to client requests and inquiries Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties or facilities maintenance preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work Reliable transportation may be required depending on job locations A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Join us in creating clean, safe environments while enjoying flexible hours in a supportive team setting.
