$20.00/hour About the Role We are currently hiring a Production Cleaner to support a leading food manufacturing company in Anderson, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, safely operating cleaning equipment, and supporting overall production standards. What You'll Do Sweep, mop, and clean all assigned production and warehouse areas Clean conveyor systems, docks, pick tunnels, and exterior dock areas Empty trash containers and maintain clean communal areas Restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed Safely operate floor scrubbers, floor sweepers, trash compactors, and bailers Ensure exterior areas remain clean and free of debris Perform deep cleaning tasks prior to audits, inspections, or VIP visits Notify leadership of any maintenance or repair needs Properly mix, use, and dispose of cleaning solutions Assist with light maintenance duties when needed Follow all safety and food manufacturing guidelines What We're Looking For Previous experience operating industrial cleaning equipment required Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shifts Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated conditions (approximately 38°F) Steel toe shoes or boots required Strong attention to detail and safety Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love Working Here Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Weekly pay Stable schedule with a 3-day weekend every week Opportunity to work with a well-known Fortune 500 company Team-oriented and supportive work environment Shift + Schedule 2nd
