Position Overview As a Custodian , you'll play a key role in maintaining campus buildings and grounds to ensure a clean, professional, and inviting atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors. This is a hands‑on position involving a variety of cleaning, maintenance, and safety‑focused tasks. What You'll Do Clean floors, ramps, and stairways by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Service and stock restrooms Collect and dispose of trash and recycling Clean and polish fixtures, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Replace light bulbs and report maintenance needs Dust furniture, walls, equipment, and machines Steam clean and shampoo carpets Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors Clean, replace, and hang blinds, drapes, and entrance mats Mix and prepare cleaning solutions following specifications Lock, unlock, and secure buildings while monitoring for safety issues Assist with snow removal and clearing sidewalks, driveways, and entrances Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For Required:

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
