The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This role is crucial in creating a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. We are currently looking for an individual to cover our Wednesday and Sunday evening shifts in Carmel. shifts will be around 3 hours each cleaning. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean windows, walls, and fixtures as needed. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is not required. Familiarity with custodial duties and best practices for maintaining cleanliness in commercial environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to providing high-quality service while adhering to safety guidelines.
