Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential windows using professional-grade tools and techniques to ensure streak-free, crystal-clear results Safely operate equipment such as scissor lifts and extension poles to reach high or difficult areas while adhering to safety protocols Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or other access equipment, ensuring stability and safety at all times Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly handling cleaning supplies and disposing of debris after each job Communicate clearly with homeowners to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Follow detailed safety procedures during all tasks, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards Assist with general janitorial or custodial tasks when needed to support overall property maintenance Upsell Jobs or services to customers while on site as needed Qualifications Previous experience in window or exterior cleaning is highly desirable Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar access equipment safely and confidently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Physically capable of standing, climbing ladders, lifting supplies, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward clients and team members Valid driver's license; ability to travel between job sites as required Join us in creating brighter homes through expert window cleaning!
