We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Studio Cleaner to join our team at our SweatHouz Carmel location and help us revolutionize the wellness industry.

Position Overview:

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in an intimate studio environment. Working alongside our Sales Associates and Studio Leaders, you will ensure our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness. This is your chance to work in a high-end environment with a well-trained team. We're looking for hard workers who will do what it takes to get the job done. Cleaning experience is preferred but not required if you have a strong eagerness to excel in a cleaning role. You must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize suites and restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms. Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines. Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Studio Manager.

Qualifications:

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends - Thursday through Monday. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time.
